The Key of C Sharp Minor:         Chords based on the C Sharp Harmonic Minor Scale

Skip to chords The relative minor key to the Key of E is C Sharp Minor. The following chords in Chart 5 are based on the C Sharp Harmonic Minor Scale. The C Sharp Harmonic Minor Scale is comprised of the following notes: C sharp, D sharp, E, F sharp, A, B sharp and C sharp

Notice how it is indicated that the B note is sharp. It is in reality the same as a C note. However, sometimes it may be indicated as a sharpened B when written on a staff, as it would be in this case.
